In 2kyr design studio we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you wish to return a product, the process is simple and transparent.
Conditions Of Return
- Time limit: you Have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of Products: products must be in their original condition, have not been used, worn or washed, and to bear all their labels.
- Packing: Required the return of the original packaging along with the sales receipt or invoice.
Return Process
- Communication: Before sending, please contact us by email or the contact number of the studio, stating your order number and the reason for return.
- Mission: Pack the product securely and send it to the address of our store.
Shipping costs & Refund
- Defective product or wrong shipment: If the return is due to our fault or defect of the product, the return costs are covered entirely by us.
- Change of mind: If you wish to change it for personal reasons, the cost of return and re-delivery shall be borne by the buyer.
- Refunds: Once we receive and check the product, the refund will be completed within 5-7 working days in the same way the payment was received.
Note: Specific or personalized orders (custom designs) are not refundable, unless they are marked manufacturing defect.
